Our first Indie in Town gig in 2025 will take place on the 26th of January at The George Tavern, where we welcome Dutch band Fuzzy Teeth for their first ever London show. Joining them on the line-up are T. Evann and Hot Wife.

Fuzzy Teeth: From gentle whispers to unapologetic intensity, Fuzzy Teeth's music spans a spectrum of emotions. With a blend of punchy guitars, creative sampling, and catchy melodies, the project of guitarist and songwriter Anthony Koenn blends genres. Encompassing elements of indie-pop, lo-fi, and his punk background.

T. Evann: Producer, songwriter and sound designer T. Evann has been in numerous collaborative projects over the years. Somewhere deep in the hinterlands between psychedelia, folk and funk, under this moniker he has clocked up support from the likes of BBC 6 Music, COLORS, Dummy Mag, Clash Magazine, SPIN and more. Influenced by a broad spectrum of artists—from The Beta Band, This Mortal Coil, David Crosby, and Don Cherry to contemporary acts like Goat, Big Thief, and Perfume Genius.

Hot Wife: Hot Wife started as a few pints at a South London pub between two girls with a mutual passion for 90s garage rock and pop culture heroines. Tired of the city's male-dominated music scene, they set out to write their own kind of songs. Pairing big riffs with tongue in cheek lyrics, they provide a soundtrack for sacrificing your boyfriend or kissing your friends.

We’ve spent the year searching for our favourite new and emerging artists and we’re proud to be able to showcase them to you across some of the best independent venues in the city.

The Season helps you through February into meteorological spring with a series of gigs.

The Season presents... Sounds Sick Live
